Interdigitated gold electrode with heater

Interdigitated elecrode recommended for the development of gas sensors by depositing a sensing layer (semiconductor metal oxide) in the interdigitated area. Bondable contacts allow wire bonding process. On the other side, a Platinum heater can be used to control the operating temperature in the sensing layer, due to the high thermal conductivity of the ceramic substrate used in this device.
